  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted

  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Unboxing video or clear images are mandatory for verification

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or altered products
  • Clearance or sale items (if mentioned)
  • Custom or bulk manufacturing orders

5. Return Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared
  • Product must be shipped back as per given guidelines

6. Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, return shipping will be covered by us
  • Otherwise, shipping charges will be borne by the customer
