  • Full payment must be made before dispatch unless credit terms are pre-approved.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges are extra unless specified.
  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order quantity and availability.
  • Sparkling Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
  • Used or damaged products will not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges for returns may apply.

7. Wholesale Policy

  • We specialize in wholesale supply, and bulk orders may have separate pricing and terms.
  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply on selected products.
  • Custom or bulk manufacturing orders are non-cancellable once confirmed.
